Returns are easy at Pretty Cool Gifts. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be more than happy to send out a replacement or refund your money (less original shipping fees).
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, it is our policy to immediately send out a replacement as long as you can show us the damage either via a picture or by returning the item to us.
If you are simply unhappy with your product and it’s due to no fault of Pretty Cool Gifts, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping fees) if the item is returned. If you received free shipping with your order, actual shipping fees will be deducted from any refund.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
